Data Protection and Privacy
We carry out complete projects to adapt the organization’s activities to the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which includes training, guidance, mapping of personal data processing and preparation of a plan of action aimed at compliance. We understand the importance of compliance, which is why we offer support in carrying out the actions identified in the plan, such as establishing a Privacy Committee, preparing documents such as Privacy Policies, managing cookies, contract reviews, among others. In addition, our privacy compliance advice includes routine calls for Privacy Committees, preparation of agendas and minutes, and responses to queries formulated by the organization’s team. We prepare, review and offer support in negotiating agreements involving the processing of personal data, from the perspective of the LGPD and GDPR.

We provide specialized consultancy on intellectual property rights, including guidance on copyright, software, brands, know-how and trade secrets. In addition, our services include prior consultations, protocols and monitoring of trademark registration requests, oppositions, appeals and other manifestations with the INPI. We also act in legal proceedings related to these rights, offering support in the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements and contracts involving intellectual property topics, such as property transfer or brand licensing agreements, software as a service agreements, information agreements proprietary rights and inventions, confidentiality agreements, among others.
Contracts
Our office offers extensive consultancy and assistance in the preparation, review and negotiation of various types of contracts, such as: provision of services, purchase and sale, supply of goods, financing, loans, investments, powers of attorney, transfer of ownership or licensing of brands, software as a service, proprietary information and invention agreements, and confidentiality. We also prepare internal company documents, such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Internal Regulations, among others. Finally, our team offers consultancy and assistance in contract management, in order to ensure adequate monitoring of negotiating instruments from the negotiation phase until their termination.
